COMM ACCESS Program Application

The COMM ACCESS Program is for youth ages 18 - 24 who identify as having a disability. This program will be offered from February to April 2020. This is a community-based program where there will be personal development, self-advocacy, and employment skills workshops and weekly recreational activities. There will also be time to create community and employment engagement action plans, so you can reach your goals. For youth ages 18-24 who identify as having a disability.

​New intake for classes starting February 4th, 2020!

ILNS in partnership with Affirmative Ventures is offering a 3-month youth day-program to assist youth between the ages of 18 - 24 who identify as having a disability in engaging with their communities and developing employability skills. 

The project objectives will help youth with disabilities develop life and employability skills while also promoting the independent living principles of integration and full participation in one's community.

The program runs classes and recreation activities on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with an option for extra one-on-one coaching on Mondays or Fridays with our program specialist. Participants will help develop individualized action plans for community engagement and potential future employment / volunteer experience.
